Delivery within the UK

Orders are currently taking 5-7 days to dispatch. Please contact us if you have a deadline and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Free UK Delivery

UK Standard Delivery is FREE for all orders and they are sent by Royal Mail’s Second Class Signed For service which will need to be signed for upon delivery. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

UK Express Delivery

We cannot currently offer Express Delivery as standard but please do contact us if you require this service and we will do our best to accommodate you. UK Express Delivery is charged at £7.95 per order. Express Delivery orders are sent by Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service and will need to signed for upon delivery.

Delivery Abroad

Delivery to European countries is charged at £12.95 per order. You order will be sent by Royal Mail’s International Tracked and/or Signed For service and will need to be signed for upon delivery. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.

Delivery to the rest of the World (outside of Europe) is charged at £15.95 per order and orders will be sent by Royal Mail’s International Tracked and/or Signed For and will need to be signed for upon delivery. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

Delivery Address

You can choose which address you would like your order to be delivered to during the checkout process.

Late or Lost Deliveries

If you experience a problem with the delivery of your order please contact us and we will do our best to help you trace it. We will provide you with the Royal Mail tracking number so that you can inquire about your delivery with Royal Mail. In the event of a non-delivery, we can only replace or refund the order after 20 working days when Royal Mail will confirm that the parcel is lost. We cannot be held responsible for late or lost delivery.
