delivery within the UK

There are two options for delivery within the UK: Standard Delivery or Express Delivery.

UK Standard Delivery

UK Standard Delivery is charged at £5.00 per order and orders will be dispatched within 10 working days of the date of your order. Standard Delivery orders are sent by Royal Mail's First Class Recorded service which will need to be signed for upon delivery.

UK Express Delivery

UK Express Delivery is charged at £10.00 per order and orders will be dispatched within 5 working days of the date of your order. Express Delivery orders are sent by Royal Mail's Special Delivery service which will arrive the next working day before 1pm and will need to signed for upon delivery.

delivery abroad

Delivery to European countries is charged at £9.50 per order and orders will be dispatched within 10 working days of the date of your order. Orders will be sent by Royal Mail's Airsure and will need to be signed for upon delivery.

We deliver to the following countries within the rest of the World: Australia, U.S.A. Canada, Hong Kong, Gibralta, Iceland, Japan, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, UAE and Switzerland. Delivery is charged at £11.00 per order and orders will be dispatched within 10 working days of the date of your order. Orders will be sent by Royal Mail's Airsure (or International Signed For where this is not available) and will need to be signed for upon delivery.

You can choose which address you would like your order to be delivered to during the checkout process.

late or lost deliveries

If you experience a problem with the delivery of your order please contact us and we will do our best to help you trace it. We will provide you with the Royal Mail tracking number so that you can enquire about your delivery with Royal Mail. In the event of a non-delivery, we can only replace or refund the order after 20 working days when Royal Mail will confirm that the parcel is lost. We cannot be held responsible for late or lost delivery.
