All of our jewellery is designed and hand-made to order by our talented team of designers in our studios in Essex. Our jewellery is made with the most beautiful ivory freshwater pearls and sparkling clear crystals as standard. However, you can request that your jewellery be made with any of the following crystal pearl or crystal colours. Simply state your required colours in the special instructions box at the checkout.

We cannot change the colour of diamantes and we may not be able to change the colours of certain pearls and crystals. Where this is the case, we shall contact you as soon as possible to let you know the options available to you.

There is no extra charge for this service but please note that jewellery which has been amended to incorporate differently coloured pearls or crystals is excluded from our returns policy unless it is faulty.

Freshwater Pearls

The freshwater pearls used in our jewellery and hair accessories are natural products. They are a light ivory in colour (somewhere in between the White and Ivory Swarovski pearls below) and would suit either an ivory or a white Wedding dress. Different coloured freshwater pearls are sometimes available. Please contact us if you require a particular colour and we will try and source it for you.

We take great care and pride in selecting each of the individual freshwater pearls we use in our jewellery. Freshwater pearls are natural products and if looked after correctly, will last a lifetime. Please refer to our Pearl Care Guidelines for further information on how to look after your freshwater pearls.
