We understand the need to find the perfect jewellery for your Wedding and we know that compromise is simply not an option.
To ensure that you have the most perfect Wedding Jewellery for your special day, we offer a bespoke service whereby we will design and make your Wedding Jewellery exactly to your requirements. We want you to feel every inch the bride, and what better way than with a truly unique set of wedding jewellery to wear on the most important day of your life. Unlike a lot of other jewellery companies, we do not charge a penny for our bespoke service. All you pay for is the jewellery you choose, not the design service itself which is free to our customers.
If you have already seen something in our collections which is almost right for you but just not quite, we can alter designs to suit your individual needs. The lengths of all of our necklaces, earrings and bracelets can be adjusted, silver can be changed to gold and earring fittings can be changed to fish hooks, studs or clips-on in most cases. Please contact us prior to ordering to inquire about any particular adjustments which you would like and we’ll let you know if it is possible and if there will be any extra costs involved.
Almost all of our jewellery is offered in a choice of either freshwater pearls or Swarovski pearls. We use ivory freshwater and Swarovski pearls and clear Swarovski crystals as standard. However, you can request that your jewellery be made in a vast array of other Swarovski pearl and crystal colours. Please visit our colour service page for further information.
Please note that bespoke pieces or items that have been tailored to suit your requirements are excluded from our returns policy unless they are faulty.
