The Schools are back.
I love my kids, with a capital L actually. And I’ve had a brilliant week with them. We had my niece to stay for two nights (slightly more machiavellian than the girls realised since she acted as argument settler AND childcare, AND they loved having her, as did I), and then we went Glamping. Yes Glamping. In November.
Just as well it started off the mildest in history eh?
This work/life thing is a connumndrum that many mums and dads face. Those weeks ‘off’ a year, where we are still very much working, but also donning our ‘parent’ hat for those six hours that we usually spend working. I’ve talked about the fine line many times before… it’s very i want to buy flagyl fine indeed.
But the great things is that, now I’ve had a week of juggling many balls, these six hours a day that fall into my lap have led to quite prolific working!
I’ve started uploading the new collection, I’ve made real progress with our website redesign, I’ve made ALL my orders, I’ve started planning for our Christmas promotions. And can I just say, it’s all looking really good.
